Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park
The park's river restoration left it with varied terrain — banks, open lawns, long paths — which is far more useful for training than a flat field. Coaches use the gradients for conditioning and the lawns for strength circuits. It's busy at weekends and early evenings; mid-morning is quieter and cooler under the mature trees.
Condo gyms in the centre
Bishan and Thomson have a high proportion of condos with well-equipped gyms, so most clients here train in their own building. Where a gym is limited to a few dumbbells and a treadmill, your coach brings the rest and programmes around the ceiling.
Who we train in Bishan
A broad mix: professionals training before work, parents around school runs, and a significant number of clients over 50 focused on staying strong and steady rather than on aesthetics.
