Can a trainer come to your home or condo in Holland Village?

Yes, and it is the simplest setup. The area mixes landed streets, such as Chip Bee Gardens off Holland Road and Holland Grove towards Ghim Moh, with condos along Holland Road and Leedon Heights, including One Holland Village Residences, Hyll on Holland and Leedon Green. One stop east, Farrer Road station (CC20) serves Leedon Heights and the streets off Farrer Road. A coach uses the condo's gym, or brings bands, dumbbells and a mat to a living room, porch or garden. Ask your management whether an outside trainer needs to register first; condo gym personal training lists what to check.

Who books a trainer in Holland Village?

  • Residents of the landed estates: private sessions at home, with no gym floor and no commute.
  • Condo residents along Holland Road and Farrer Road: strength and fat loss in the building's own gym before or after work.
  • Older residents: strength and balance at home at a steady pace. See strength training after 50.
  • Couples and friends: two people sharing one coach to bring the cost down. See buddy training.

Who are the coaches covering Holland Village?

The cards at the top of this page are the coaches who list Holland Village in their own service areas; on 23 October 2026, five of them also listed Farrer Road and six the Botanic Gardens station area, meaning the streets they travel to, not sessions inside the Gardens. The cards and rates are read live from the roster; the venue facts on this page were checked on 23 October 2026. Verified on Fit Titans means we checked the coach's certification against the issuing body, confirmed experience with the goals they coach, followed up references and assessed how they coach in person before they took a client. Each card shows the coach's starting 1-to-1 rate, which each coach sets for themselves; years of experience and price do not line up neatly, so compare the credential and focus on each profile. A few publish a band, such as Salam's S$160-S$180, and the range in the summary runs from the lowest starting rate to the highest rate any of them publishes. Fit Titans is an agency and these are the coaches we match you with; the group-class studios nearby, which are not ours, are covered under cost below. On 23 October 2026, four of them, Salam, Winnie, Daniel and Lilian, listed outdoor sessions on their profiles. "Rehab" on a card means the coach lists rehab or corrective exercise among their specialties: they work alongside a physiotherapist, not instead of one, as injury rehab training explains.

What does personal training in Holland Village cost?

Each coach sets and publishes their own rate, shown on their card; the questions below work through packs and the first-session discount. No membership and no joining fee. The first session includes a fitness assessment: your goals, any injuries and how you move. You pay by PayNow against an invoice, paid sessions never expire, and 24 hours' notice moves a session at no charge. Not the right fit after your first paid session? Tell us within 7 days and we re-match you with another coach, once per client. The full price picture is in the cost guide.

If cost is the main question, Holland Village also has group-class studios on Lorong Mambong, such as F45 and Fitstop; their pages we read on 23 October 2026 did not publish a class price, and a class is one coach for a room rather than 1-to-1. Sharing one of our coaches with a friend is the middle ground: see buddy training.

Can you train with a coach in the Botanic Gardens?

Run there, yes; book coached sessions elsewhere unless you have approval. The Gardens are open from 5am to midnight daily, and the Bukit Timah Entrance is at Botanic Gardens MRT. Their rules say visitors may not sell a service or conduct business without prior approval, and group activities such as exercise need an outdoor-space application at least 14 days ahead. A paid coaching session is a service, so we do not book them there. Use the Gardens for your own easy runs and walks, and train with your coach at home, in your condo gym or on the park connector.

Where can you run and train outdoors near Holland Village?

On the park connector and the Rail Corridor. NParks lists the Ulu Pandan Park Connector at 14.8 km along both banks of Sungei Ulu Pandan, between Commonwealth Avenue West and Bukit Batok East Avenue 2, past Ghim Moh, Holland Grove and Clementi. The Rail Corridor's southern section starts at Holland Road and runs to Tanjong Pagar; one stop west, its Buona Vista community node is a 1.6 hectare space with fitness areas for adults and seniors, opened in April 2024.
