What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name and mobile number, and - where the form offers them - your training goal, preferred area and any notes you add. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, we hold the conversation and the phone number it came from.

When you visit the site we receive standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and match you with a trainer. That is the only reason we ask for your number.

To run and improve the site, and to measure which pages produce enquiries.

If you become a client, to arrange sessions, issue invoices and keep attendance records.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not add you to a marketing list or send promotional messages you did not ask for.

We do not share your contact details with a trainer until you have asked to be matched.

Who we share it with

The trainer we match you to, once you have asked to be matched. They receive your first name, your general area and your goal so they can prepare. Your full address is shared only when a session is confirmed at your home.

Meta (Facebook). This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. When you visit or submit a form, we send Meta a record of that event. Contact details in those events are hashed with SHA-256 before they are sent, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than your name or number in readable form. Meta uses this to measure and target advertising.

Service providers that host the site and store our records, acting on our instructions.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months, so we can recognise you if you come back, and then deleted.

Client records, including invoices and attendance, are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold business records.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See below.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.

You may ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

You may withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data. We will do it, and confirm when it is done. If you are a current client, some records must be kept for legal reasons and we will say which.

There is no charge for any of this.

Cookies and tracking

The Meta Pixel sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad) to link your visit to an advertising campaign.

You can block these with your browser's cookie settings or a content blocker. The site works normally without them.
