How we measure progress
The scale fluctuates daily and hides the real story. We track body composition (optional InBody), progress photos, strength numbers and how your clothes fit, so progress is visible even on a week the scale doesn't move.
An honest note on proof
We're a growing agency and we won't post stock photos or invented numbers dressed up as client results, the surest way to lose your trust.
