Our quoted price range excluded the cheapest option we sell
Structured data on the pricing and service pages declared a lowest price of S$95 while the page itself advertised buddy training from S$60 per person — so search engines were shown a floor 58% above our real cheapest option. The range is now S$60-S$130 everywhere, generated from a single source of truth so the two can't drift apart again.
"Bigger packs, lower price" contradicted our own rate table
The homepage and pricing page both claimed larger packs cost less per session, while the table showed Titan Elite — the largest pack — as the most expensive. The tiers are service levels rather than volume discounts: Transform is the lowest per-session rate, and Titan Elite costs more because it bundles physiotherapy, sports massage and priority scheduling. The copy now says that.
Our structured data listed trainers who don't work here
The Organization markup on every page, and the trainer list on /trainers, named four people carried over from the site's original scaffold. None of them appear on our actual roster. Both now come from the live roster, and the trainer list is built from the same data the page displays so they cannot disagree.
We published an email address that could not receive mail
hello@fittitans.sg appeared in the footer of every page, on the contact page and in our structured data. That domain has no mail records, so anything sent to it bounced. The address has been removed site-wide; WhatsApp and phone are the channels that actually reach us.
Our AI-crawler index pointed at a domain that no longer resolves
Every URL in llms.txt used the old fittitans.sg domain, which has no DNS records — so any AI assistant following the file received dead links for all thirty pages. All URLs now use fittitansg.com.
