When we change a published claim on substance, we log it here with the date and what changed. Publishing the list is easier to trust than never appearing to be wrong. Each entry describes the site as it was on that date and is never edited afterwards, so any figure inside one is historical - the pricing page is always the live number.

We promised equipment no coach had agreed to bring
About seventy sentences across the service, guide and area pages stated that your coach brings resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells and a mat, and one added 'so you buy nothing'. No coach record on this site has ever had an equipment field, so that was an editorial assumption rather than something any coach had committed to, and what a coach actually carries varies from coach to coach. Every one of those sentences now says so: a bodyweight programme needs nothing but floor space, what your coach carries is confirmed with them before your first session, and if you want loaded work and own nothing we match you to a coach who carries kit. The venue table that set out a standard kit per venue now describes what the session needs rather than who supplies it.
A cited study on three senior pages was the wrong paper
The seniors service page, the strength-after-50 guide and the menopause guide each cited a PubMed record labelled 'Resistance training in older adults - review'. The record number actually pointed to a 2020 study on percussive massage devices and ankle range of motion, which has nothing to do with the claim it sat under. All three now cite a 2022 systematic review and meta-analysis in Aging & Mental Health on resistance training and cognitive function in older adults, which is the evidence the sentences were describing. The claim itself did not change; its source did. Found while verifying every citation in a new batch of guides.
Published pack prices were not the prices we quote
The pricing page advertised Kickstart / Transform / Titan Elite at S$95, S$110 and S$130 per session. Those names and figures were marketing, not what we sell. Each trainer sets their own rate (the roster ran S$45-S$200 on the day of this correction; see /pricing for today's), and packs of 10, 15 or 20 sessions take 5%, 10% or 15% off that rate. A client who booked from the old page was quoted a specialist rate above S$130 and left. The page now states the range, the pack discounts, and that the exact figure is confirmed before you book.
Our quoted price range excluded the cheapest option we sell
Structured data on the pricing and service pages declared a lowest price of S$95 while the page itself advertised buddy training from S$60 per person - so search engines were shown a floor 58% above our real cheapest option. The range was brought to S$60-S$130 everywhere on that date, generated from a single source of truth so the markup and the page could not drift apart again. The roster has grown since; /pricing is always the live figure.
"Bigger packs, lower price" contradicted our own rate table
The homepage and pricing page both claimed larger packs cost less per session, while the table showed Titan Elite - the largest pack - as the most expensive. The tiers are service levels rather than volume discounts: Transform is the lowest per-session rate, and Titan Elite costs more because it bundles physiotherapy, sports massage and priority scheduling. The copy now says that.
Our structured data listed trainers who don't work here
The Organization markup on every page, and the trainer list on /trainers, named four people carried over from the site's original scaffold. None of them appear on our actual roster. Both were replaced with real coaches. The trainer list is built from the live roster and the page it appears on, so those cannot disagree; the Organization markup still names a hand-maintained sample of four, which is accurate but is not the whole roster.
We published an email address that could not receive mail
hello@fittitans.sg appeared in the footer of every page, on the contact page and in our structured data. That domain has no mail records, so anything sent to it bounced. The address has been removed site-wide; WhatsApp and phone are the channels that actually reach us.
Our AI-crawler index pointed at a domain that no longer resolves
Every URL in llms.txt used the old fittitans.sg domain, which has no DNS records - so any AI assistant following the file received dead links for all thirty pages. All URLs now use fittitansg.com.
