Outdoor training at East Coast Park
East Coast Park is one of the best outdoor training grounds in Singapore, and we use it. Sessions here lean on the long flat stretches for running and interval work, open grass areas for strength and bodyweight circuits, and the sea breeze that makes morning and late-afternoon training far more bearable than an indoor box. Your trainer brings what's needed, so you get a full workout without any equipment of your own.
For runners especially, the park connector network here is ideal for building conditioning, and a coach can fold proper strength work around your running so you stay injury-free. If fat loss is the goal, the mix of outdoor cardio and resistance work is hard to beat.
Condo gyms and at-home sessions
Not every session needs to be outdoors. On wet days or during the hotter hours, training moves to your condo gym or your home with portable equipment the trainer provides.
