Why train at home
The hardest part of any fitness plan is showing up. Take away the 30-minute commute, the carpark and the crowded gym floor and adherence goes up on its own. A trainer at your door means a session is a knock away, not a journey, and that consistency is what actually moves the needle.
- No commute: the session starts the moment your coach arrives.
- Privacy: train without an audience, at your own pace.
- Convenience around life: early mornings, lunch breaks or after the kids are down.
- Familiar space: your condo gym, living room or void deck, whatever suits.
Where sessions happen
Most clients train in their condo gym or at home; some prefer a nearby park. Your trainer brings what's needed and works with the space you have. We cover the whole island, so wherever you are, we can usually match a coach near you.
Do I need equipment?
No. Your trainer brings portable kit suited to your programme, resistance bands, adjustable weights, a mat. If your condo gym has racks, machines or dumbbells, they'll use those too. We plan the session around what's available where you train.
What it costs
