Meet Ashwiin.

Evidence-based strength and conditioning from a sports science graduate who has coached at Sport Singapore, BFT and Wings Therapy Centre.

I hold a Bachelor's in Sport & Exercise Science and I'm NROC and NREP certified, with 3 to 4 years of coaching across adaptive sports, group fitness and community health, including as an Active Health Coach with Sport Singapore. I specialise in coaching children with special needs, as well as adults who want to improve their health, fitness and performance.
